One: We have come to this place as blessed people.
All: Sometimes we don’t feel blessed.
One: Help us to remember that God blesses all people, not just the mighty, but the least of these.
All: Help us, O God, to bless others as you have blessed us. Amen!

Invocation: O Holy One, wherever we are, wherever we look, in our seeing and hearing and sensing you reveal your presence to us filled with love, grace and hope. With each encounter we are changed. Help us, O Holy One, to live our lives as a reflection of You. May we walk among our brothers and sister as a blessing, bearing light into dark places, hope to displace despair, and love that casts out hate.
